REACH THE PEAK!
"Reach the Peak!" is the theme for the 124th Annual Convention of the American Seed Trade Association being held in Denver, June 23 - 27, 2007. In keeping with this theme, ASTA offers you the chance to bring your business to its highest potential by exhibiting your company to this broad-based audience. The only ASTA convention representing all commodity divisions of the association, the Annual Convention offers a great value for your investment!
Why should you exhibit?
Audience: The ASTA Annual Convention brings together representatives from across all commodities of the seed industry, including the top executives and decision makers. Attendance is nearly 600.
Value: The price of your exhibit includes a complimentary registration to the conference, pre- and post-attendee lists, a company listing in the convention registration brochure and on the convention website, and a full company description in the onsite convention program.
Exposure: The Trading Room will feature a number of areas that will attract convention attendees to your booth, including a Cyber Cafe, Business Center, and refreshments! The location of the exhibit area will be directly next to the convention registration area and the main meeting rooms for the conference.
Priority Status: Exhibitors have right of first refusal for next year.
Who attends?
The convention schedule includes meetings of nearly all committees and divisions of ASTA. Thus, this event attracts representatives from multiple facets of the seed industry working in a variety of roles and commodities. Top executives from these companies attend — approximately 600 in all — from across the United States, Canada and abroad.
Exhibitor Information
Exhibits will be located in the Centennial Ballroom of the Omni Interlocken Resort, directly next to conference registration and the general sessions. Exhibits can be table-top or pop-up, and do not have to be manned (but can be if you choose).
Exhibit spaces are 8’ wide (table-top) or 10’ wide (pop-up) and include:
• One complimentary registration
• One 6’ skirted table with two chairs
• Electrical power
• Company identification sign
• Overnight security
• Company name on convention website and in registration brochure
• Company description in onsite program
• Pre- and post-meeting attendee lists
