Rate
The ASTA group rate will be $113 for single
rooms and $123 for double rooms. Additional room types are
available at discounted group rates. Please consult with your
reservation agent to determine which room type will suit your
needs.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located 18 miles from O’Hare International
Airport and 12 miles from Midway Airport. Bus transportation
to and from both airports is available via Continental Air

Parking
Overnight parking is $45 per night. ASTA participants receive
a 50% discount at $22.50 per night.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
- A deposit equal to one (1) night for each of the confirmed rooms will be required to obtain a confirmed reservation, using American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Visa or MasterCard. All deposits or individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is canceled twenty-one (21) days or more prior to arrival date.
- All rates are subject to Illinois and Chicago occupancy operators and accommodation taxes, which are currently 15.4%.
- Any changes made to this reservation within 48 hours of arrival date (including early departure) are subject to an administrative fee.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon, after12:00 noon, additional charges will apply.
- Reservations must be received no later than November 9, 2007.
