Hotel Reservations
Call (888) 421-1442 to make reservations, or make your reservations online. If making reservations by phone, be sure to ask for the main ASTA room block, group code “LSEE,” as there are several different sub-blocks in place as well.
Hospitality Suites
Suite reservations are now booked On-line. Please click on the reservation link to book your Suite. If you need your Suite before 3pm. you must book your suite the day before
Rate
The ASTA group rate will be $137 for single rooms and $157 for double rooms, which must be confirmed by November 9 in order to receive the ASTA group rate. Additional room types are available at discounted group rates. Please consult with your reservation agent to determine which room type will suit your needs.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located 18 miles from O’Hare International Airport and 12 miles from Midway Airport. See ASTA Chicago Airport Transfers link in the top left margin of this section to access shuttle service to the hotel from Chicago airports.
Parking
Overnight parking is $52 per night. ASTA participants receive a 25% discount at $39.00 per night.
Airport Transportation
Are you traveling from O'Hare or Midway for CSS 2012? ASTA has negotiated a special reduced rate for your airport ground transfers. Please make your airport ground transfers reservations by clicking on the above button.
