Each year, the Western Seed Association and the American Seed Trade Association come together to offer outstanding networking opportunities across varying seed commodities. The ASTA Farm and Lawn Seed Conference combines the Annual Meeting of the Western Seed Association and the Farm and Lawn Seed Division meetings of the American Seed Trade Association. This event is held annually at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri, this year from November 5 - 8, 2011, and will feature exhibit and sponsorship opportunities in an intense networking environment.  Bring your business to its highest potential by exhibiting your company to this broad-based audience. The event offers a great value for your investment!

Who Attends?

The main focus of the ASTA Farm and Lawn Seed Conference/Western Seed Association’s Annual Meeting is networking. The vast majority of its approximately 600 attendees come for personal appointments with other seed industry professionals, typically conducted right in the ballroom foyer area where exhibitors will be located. This wildly popular “Trading Area” is next to the Century Ballroom where ASTA programming also take place. The convention schedule includes meetings of ASTA’s Invasive Species Working Group, the Environmental and Conservation Seed Committee, and the Farm and Lawn Seed Divisions, offering timely and relevant speakers offering the latest in seed industry information and education.  Thus, this event attracts representatives from multiple facets of the seed industry, particularly those focused on lawn and turf seed and other farm seed commodities. Top executives from these companies attend from across the United States, Canada and abroad.
