Rate
The ASTA group rate will be approximately $110 for single rooms
and $120 for double rooms. Additional room types are available at
discounted group rates. Please consult with your reservation agent
to determine which room type will suit your needs.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located 18 miles from O’Hare International
Airport and 12 miles from Midway Airport. Bus transportation to
and from both airports is available via Continental Air Transport

Overnight parking is $39 per night. ASTA participants receive a
50% discount at $19.50 per night.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
1. Reservation must be guaranteed
using one of the following:
a. Confirmed reservation: use American
Express, Carte Blanche,Diners Club, Visa or Mastercard
(group blocks require a one-night’sroom deposit).
b. Or, a deposit equal to one (1)
night for each of the confirmed rooms will be required
to obtain a confirmed reservation. All depositsfor individual
room reservations are fully refundable if a room is canceled
fourteen (14) days or more prior to arrival date.
2. All rates are subject to Illinois
and Chicago occupancy operatorsand accommodation taxes,
which are currently 15.4%.
3. Any changes made to this reservation
within 48 hours of arrivaldate (including early departure)
are subject to an administrative fee.
4. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check
out time is 12:00 noon, after12:00 noon, additional charges
will apply.
5. Reservations must be received no
later than November 3, 2006.
