Rate
The ASTA group rate will be $118 for single rooms and $128 for double rooms. Additional room types are available at discounted group rates. Please consult with your reservation agent to determine which room type will suit your needs.

Location
The hotel is conveniently located 18 miles from O’Hare International Airport and 12 miles from Midway Airport. Bus transportation to and from both airports is available via Continental Air Transport Service. Call (312) 454-7800 for current schedule information.

Parking
Overnight parking is currently $45 per night. ASTA participants receive a 50% discount at $22.50 per night.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

1. Reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one (1) night for each of the confirmed rooms in order to obtain a confirmed reservation.  All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is canceled by November 13, 2008.

2.  All rates are subject to Illinois and Chicago occupancy operators and accommodation taxes, which are currently 15.4%.

3.  Any changes made to this reservation within 24 hours of arrival date (including early departure) are subject to an administrative fee.. Any change made to a reservation’s departure date is subject to an early check-out fee of $50 and rate difference if applicable, if the change is made less than 24 hours from original departure.  Deposits and fees will be waived if any attendee cannot attend or fulfill expected Hotel reservation dates due to personal emergency.

4.  Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon, after 12:00 noon, additional charges will apply.

5. Reservations must be received no later than November 13, 2008.
